Fall in love with helping others! (7:00)

Aaron started his first business 42 years ago and sold to a Fortune 500 Company at age 27! This man is a serial entrepreneur and 10 years ago he finally retired for the third and final time.

After a brief retirement Aaron got back into the game and starting coaching this time around! Fast forward 7 years later Aaron has fallen in love with coaching and having the time of his life!

Iron truly does Sharpen Iron! Surround yourself with people that can see both your strengths and your weaknesses. You need people around you to support you - that’s one reason why the membership model is what Aaron fell in love with!

For Aaron, it’s about changing lives and family trees! Putting people in masterminds and connecting them together helps every accomplish every gambit in their lives (spiritual, professional, and personal)!


Why use an application process? (17:00)

Aaron uses an application process for his membership and has a leadership team review them - eventually people have to talk to Aaron to get approved.

Now, Aaron didn’t always use an application process and it was a catastrophe. He quickly realized that he needed to know more about each person to determine if they are the best fit for the groups: 


They need to share Aaron’s core values: 

1) Relationships matter most. 

2) Make everything amazing. 

3) No excuses. 

4) Everything is figure-out-able. 

5) Truth before opinion.


How do you set price point? (21:00)

Aaron’s membership is $575/month. That’s a big chunk of change for most people!

As Aaron continues to add value, he figured out that the sale will happen. He is constantly creating a FOMO (fear of missing out) - so people feel like they have to be in there! It is not a expense to be in his membership but an investment.


How do you scale a business that is built upon your leadership? (27:00)

Aaron says it is a myth that you feel a pressure to be at every event with your name on it. He knows a lot of what is going on in the community. But, he says you want to develop systems and processes to teach people to invest and get involved - which helps him spread everything out.

Aaron does a revenue share with people in his groups to help him lead. By doing this, people start taking ownership of being involved!

You have to be consistent in getting your message out there if you want to be like Aaron. His way? Aaron LOVES to get on podcast interviews - he spend 1/3 of his doing them and has been on over 2,000 podcasts now!

You have to be consistent in whatever you choose whether it be podcasts, blogs, YouTube, it doesn’t matter, just keep going!
